Meet Lovess
Lovess brings over two decades of experience in finance and operations management to her role as Operations Manager. Her strategic approach and keen eye for efficiency ensure smooth operations and successful workflows.
Lovess’ career began in the lending space in 1998, transitioning to the banking and credit union industry in 2001, where she spent seven years building a strong foundation in financial concepts and client relationships. This experience proved invaluable as she transitioned to the investment industry, dedicating over 14 years to collaborating with clients and advisors. During this time in the investment industry, Lovess earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Additionally, Lovess has extensive experience in facilitating both client and advisor inbound transitions, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. She has also demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing nationwide phone calls with other admins to discuss best practices and ensure consistent operations across the firm.
Outside of work, Lovess is a Central Texan at heart, having embraced the area since her move in 2010. Family is a cornerstone of her life – she’s a proud parent to J.C. and Jude, and her heart beams with joy as a grandmother to Emie and Saria. When not cherishing time with loved ones, Lovess is passionate about giving back to the community. Previously involved with Goodwill Ambassadors, she’s currently seeking new avenues to volunteer and make a positive difference. Lovess is recently engaged to her fiancé, Brad, and together they share a love for life and adventure. Rounding out their happy crew is Prudence, their beloved canine companion, who reminds them of the importance of playtime and unconditional love.
