In this inspiring episode, Adam sits down with Jennifer Crosby, founder of For the Love of Go, a Central Texas nonprofit that has redefined what community movement looks like. What began as a reaction to unhealthy school fundraisers became a regional transformation rooted in accessibility, purpose, and joy.
Jennifer shares how her family’s personal health journey led to organizing over 250 races, building community spirit in Kyle, and inspiring kids to see movement as normal, not optional. From creating stroller-safe races to directing a July 4th run fueled by passion and pie, Jennifer’s story is one of relentless positivity and local change.
