This immersive 2.5-hour guided tasting is thoughtfully designed to balance education, indulgence, and connection:
- 7 curated cheeses paired with specialty accompaniments including chocolate, cured meats, honey, and seasonal preserves
- Expert guidance throughout the tasting, with opportunities to mingle and connect
- Opportunity to purchase sampled cheese (in larger quantities of course!)
🍷 Wine Pairings
Each experience includes a 3-course wine flight, carefully selected each month to complement the seasonal menu:
- Sparkling wine (paired with cheeses 1 & 2)
- White, rosé, or orange wine (paired with cheeses 3 & 4)
- Red wine (paired with cheeses 5–7)
Each pour is approximately 3 ounces and served throughout the tasting to enhance every bite.
